I approach facilitation with a focus on creative empowerment, helping to transform group dynamics and event participation.
My style is all about hands-on learning and using embodied practices to create a sense of connection and alignment, no matter the variety of learning styles in the group.
By fostering trust and encouraging creative, connective risks, participants are better equipped to support each other through tough conversations and processes.

I’m on social media - sometimes a lot, sometimes only a bit. Follow along for an assortment of shares as varied as my interests.
I am a settler of Welsh and Norwegian descent living on the traditional and ancestral lands of a number of Indigenous nations, including the Lummi, Semiahmoo, Tsawwassen, Tulalip, Nooksack, Stz’uminus, Tsawout, Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tseycum, Malahat, T'Sou-ke, Hul'qumi'num, Halalt, Penelakut, Ts’uubaa-asatx, Lyackson peoples, who have lived in relationship with these lands and their plant and animal relatives since time immemorial. I offer my respect, honor, and gratitude to their elders, past, present and future.
I invite all settlers who read this to join me seeking right relationship and repair for our role in the ongoing colonization of homelands stolen from the Indigenous people of this continent. Let's keep learning alongside one another.
